1986 Missing Person: Ruby Akers.
Ruby Akers, a 77-year-old white female, was reported missing from the 800 block of West Center Street in Sherman Texas on January 19th, 1986. She was last known to be wearing a green shirt with yellow pinstripes on it, a solid green pair of pants, and pink house slippers.
1986 Murder: Victim, Bridgette Stone.
On August 29th, 1986, Bridgette Stone a 17-year-old black female was found deceased in the 700 block of South Walnut Street in Sherman Texas.
1988 Murder: Victim, Larry Wayne Harvey.
On May 23rd, 1988, Larry Wayne Harvey a 47-year-old white male was found deceased in the 2100 block of South First Street in Sherman Texas.
1989 Murder: Victim, Sylvia Denise Dupree.
On October 9th, 1989, Sylvia Denise Dupree a 28-year-old black female was found deceased in the 400 block of North Lee Street in Sherman Texas.
1990 Murder: Victim, Thelma Ferguson Totten.
On January 7th, 1990, Thelma Ferguson Totten an 88-year-old white female was found deceased in the 200 block of West Texas Street in Sherman Texas.
1990 Capital Murder: Victims, Paul Robert Wilson, James Wayne Barfield, Bobby Ray Strong.
On February 16th, 1990, three men were found deceased in the 700 block of North Harrison Avenue in Sherman Texas. They are; Paul Robert Wilson a 36-year-old white male, James Wayne Barfield a 31-year-old white male, and Bobby Ray Strong a 29-year-old white male.
1992 Murder: Victim, Fredrick Wayne Bowen. Found Deceased on 3-06-1992.
On March 3rd, 1992, Frederick Wayne Bowen a 30-year-old black male, was found deceased in the 1100 block of East Wells Street in Sherman Texas.
1999 Missing Person: Francene Eulita “Coco” Gordon.
On November 16th, 1999, Francene Eultia “Coco” Gordon a 48-year-old black female was reported missing from her home in the 1400 block of South Austin Street in Sherman Texas
2006 Missing Person: Una Mae Herd.
On June 25th, 2006, Una Mae Herd an 82-year-old white female was reported missing from the 1200 block of North Harrison Avenue in Sherman Texas. She was last seen on June 24th, 2006, by a family member at approximately 9:00 am.
2008 Murder: Victim, Clyde Lindberg Guess.
On October 22nd, 2008, Clyde Lindberg Guess an 81-year-old black male was found deceased in the 800 block of East Brockett Street in Sherman Texas.
2009 Murder: Victim, Latisha Rae Colson.
On February 24th, 2009 Latisha Rae Colson a 30-year-old white female was found deceased in the 2400 block of Texoma Parkway in Sherman Texas.
2011 Capital Murder: Victim, Shawnel Adrielle Leggins aka “Peanut”.
On February 22nd, 2011, Shawnel Leggins a 25-year-old black female was found deceased in the 300 block of South F.M. 1417 in Sherman Texas. Shawnel was also known by the nickname “Peanut”.
2015 Murder: Victim, Sabrena Ronele Barnett.
On October 15th, 2015, Sabrena Ronele Barnett a 54-year-old white female was found deceased in the 1800 block of Crescent Drive in Sherman Texas.
2016 Murder: Victim, Terry Terrell Hester aka “Gooch”.
On July 6th, 2016, Terry Terrell Hester a 46-year-old black male was found deceased in the 1700 block of West College Street in Sherman Texas. Terry was also known by the nickname “Gooch”.
2018 Murder: Victim, Jose Antonio Roscon-Villasenior.
On December 24th, 2018, Jose Antonio Roscon a 48-year-old Hispanic male was found with serious bodily injury in the 1200 block of South Montgomery Street in Sherman Texas. Jose later passed away from the injuries sustained that night.
